The People’s G&T


  • 2.5 oz. Litchfield Distillery Gin
  • .75 oz. Aperol
  • 6 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 4 Lightly Muddled Basil Leaves
  • Top with Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic Water


  1. Combine all ingredients in Highball Glass and stir.
  2. Add ice and garnish with orange peel and basil leaf.

Nose: Pleasing notes of citrus, vanilla, saffron and white rose.

Palate: Slightly sweet with lemon and grapefruit citrus, along with classic juniper notes.

Finish: An evolving, crisp finish with a little heat in the back; notes of hermit cookie and gingerbread.
