Ingredients
- 2 oz. Batchers’ Gin
- 0.75 Honey Syrup*
- 0.75 Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
* Make by combining 2 parts honey to 1 part warm water. Stir until incorporated well & refrigerate.
Directions
- Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake.
- Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Pleasing notes of citrus, vanilla, saffron and white rose.
Palate: Slightly sweet with lemon and grapefruit citrus, along with classic juniper notes.
Finish: An evolving, crisp finish with a little heat in the back; notes of hermit cookie and gingerbread.
