Donations & Tastings Request Form
Thank you for considering Litchfield Distillery for your event!
Before proceeding, please review the following important guidelines set by the State of Connecticut:
Permit Requirement: Any event where alcohol is served, sampled, consumed, or auctioned requires a Temporary Liquor Permit for Noncommercial Entity (LTN).

What We Need From You:
To donate or participate in your event, we require:
- Your organization’s legal name.
- The License # from your Temporary Liquor Permit.
This information is necessary for Litchfield Distillery to file event details with the state.
Once you have all the information noted above, we invite you to submit the request form provided below.
Donations & Tastings Form
PLEASE NOTE: Donation and Tasting requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the event date.
Once your form has been submitted, a representative from Litchfield Distillery will respond as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding your submission, please email us at info@litchfielddistillery.com.
Donation Details:
Our typical donation for nonprofit events and silent auctions is a Litchfield Distillery gift box containing:
- Two 750ml bottles (1 Bourbon, 1 Vodka).
- Two branded glasses.
Pickup Details:
- The item will need to be picked up at the Distillery at 569 Bantam Rd, Litchfield, CT, during business hours (Mon-Fri: 9-5, Sat-Sun: 11-4). By law we cannot ship alcohol.
- Bring a copy of your Temporary Liquor Permit and this email (digital or printed).
- Donation value: $100. Must be 21+ to pick up.
Tasting Requests:
We can consider providing a Brand Ambassador to run a tasting table, subject to availability. Please note, events must align with our 21+ audience requirements.
