Our Founders' Reserve series highlights exceptional casks that deserve a special moment in the spotlight. These limited selections are made unanimously by all three Baker brothers: Peter, Jack and David Baker. To highlight the premium quality of these releases, all bottles have been hand-signed by each brother and come packaged in a wood box with two rocks glasses.

Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Rum Cask
Five-year old Bourbon Whiskey aged for an additional 7 months in South American Rum Casks.
This expression features our Straight Bourbon Whiskey, distilled from CT-Grown grain (70% corn, 25% rye, 5% malted barley) and aged for five years in #4 charred barrels. Finishing in rum casks for an additional seven months invited lush notes of caramelized brown sugar with hints of molasses and dark fruits. It’s exceptionally smooth but our high-rye mash bill means you’ll enjoy a long, spicy finish.

Straight Bourbon Whiskey Bottled-in-Bond
Aged six years, bottled at 100 proof.
This is only the third time we have released a Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a six year aged statement. It is distilled from Connecticut-grown corn (70%), rye (25%) and malted barley (5%). After six years, there was a fair amount of angel’s share, so the remaining juice was packed with lush caramel, vanilla and oak with a touch of cherry and spice.
Future releases will include single-barrel selections of our aged bourbon whiskey along with special cask-finished expressions.
