The Bulldog Smash
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Litchfield Distillery Straight Bourbon
- .75 oz. Cointreau
- 1 Teaspoon Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Peach, Pitted & Diced
- 1/2 Lemon, Cut Into Wedges
- 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
Directions
- Muddle mint, lemon, peach and simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add LD Bourbon and Cointreau with ice and shake.
- Double strain into glass with ice.
- Garnish with mint.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Hints of vanilla and caramel are complemented by a nice balance of apple, cinnamon and baking bread.
Palate: Spicy and a little sweet with nice notes of rich tobacco and toasted baking spice; a hint of apple.
Finish: Full mouthfeel with heat in the back palate. Extremely long, spicy finish with a hint of citrus.
