Ingredients
- 2 oz Batchers’ Straight Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Luxardo Amaretto
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 bar spoon apple butter
- Egg white (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients with ice in shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
- The egg white is optional, but recommended as it helps create a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Hints of vanilla and caramel are complemented by a nice balance of apple, cinnamon and baking bread.
Palate: Spicy and a little sweet with nice notes of rich tobacco and toasted baking spice; a hint of apple.
Finish: Full mouthfeel with heat in the back palate. Extremely long, spicy finish with a hint of citrus.
