Batchers’ Vodka Martini

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Batchers’ Vodka
  • Barspoon Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • Wet Version:
  • 2 oz. Batchers’ Vodka
  • 1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Directions

  1. Dry: Combine vodka & vermouth in mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass & garnish with 3 large Spanish olives.
  2. Wet: Combine vodka, vermouth and bitters in mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass & garnish with lemon peel.

We distill 4 ¾ times and use a gravity-fed charcoal filter that takes 12 hours to filter 100 gallons. TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Impeccably clean and slightly sweet.

Palate: Velvety smooth mouthfeel with sweet buttery overtones.
