Batchers’ Vodka Martini

Ingredients

Dry Version:

3 oz. Batchers’ Vodka

Barspoon Dolin Dry Vermouth

Wet Version:

2 oz. Batchers’ Vodka

1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Directions

  • Dry: Combine vodka & vermouth in mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass & garnish with 3 large Spanish olives.
  • Wet: Combine vodka, vermouth and bitters in mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass & garnish with lemon peel.

We distill 4 ¾ times and use a gravity-fed charcoal filter that takes 12 hours to filter 100 gallons. The longer the vodka sits on the charcoal, the more impurities are removed, which creates an incredibly smooth taste.
