Litchfield Distillery Earns Silver Medal at World Gin Awards

Litchfield Distillery recently learned that our Barrel Finished Gin was awarded a Silver Medal at the World Gin Awards in the “Mature Gin – United States” category. We are thrilled that this spirit was among the top four recognized in this category.

We entered our second batch of Barrel Finished Gin into the competition. Batch Two was crafted by resting our Award-Winning Gin in barrels made with alternating staves of white oak and acacia wood. The addition of acacia helps reduce the oaky flavors while adding pleasant floral notes that complement our Gin’s signature citrus and juniper profile.

We’re very proud that our Spirit of Hard Work® paid off with this award from such a prestigious global competition.
