After a long, rainy summer, we’re happy to welcome the Fall season. To help ring in this beautiful time of year, we asked our resident mixologist, Dimitrios Zahariadis to mix up a new cocktail recipe that would be perfect for cooler evenings. The only constraint we gave him was that the recipe must feature our Batchers’ Maple Bourbon.

The Harvest Moon is a fantastic combination of classic bourbon flavors perfectly balanced with spice and sweet notes, which are derived from the Maple Bourbon and honey.

It’s simple to make and a great drink to serve during your fall social gatherings and parties.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Litchfield Distillery Maple Bourbon
0.5 oz. Wild Moon Chai Spice Liqueur
0.25 oz. Honey Syrup
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
1.0 oz. Aqua Faba (chick pea water from the can).

Method: Combine all ingredients and dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass.
